Game Recap

The Eagles varsity baseball team defeated Greenville 3-2 Friday night. Senior RHP Drew Roberson gave the Eagles 5.3 strong innings allowing 3 hits, 1 walk, and 2 runs. Senior Ryne Murray came on in the 6th and pitched out of a jam to keep the score 2-2.

The Eagles left fielder “Man Man” McGrier reached base on a HBP with one out in the top of the 7th. He then scored on sophomore JD Dillashaw’s single to right field.

Murray toed the rubber again in the 7th and was able to workout of another jam to earn the win for the Eagles.
