Greenwood Wins BSN Holiday Classic

The Greenwood Eagles clinched their BSN Golden Eagle Holiday Classic Championship with a 62-48 victory over the Midland Valley Mustangs. This was the 3rd time the two teams met and the Eagles clinched the 2-1 advantage in the season series. Greenwood controlled the game from the tip to the end of the game. Scoring on the night for the Eagles was Donovan Williams with 17, Vari Calhoun 16, Stephon Elmore 12, Marquise Tapp 6, Dre Butler 6, Roshun Jackson 2, Kemarion Williams 2, and Maissiah Carter with 1.

With the victory, Greenwood improved their overall record to 7-3. The Eagles will be back in action in the Emerald City Classic on December 27th, 28th, and 29th.
