Meet Recap

The Eagle golf team made a tremendous comeback today to finish 8th in a field of 20 teams in the Hurricane Invitational. The team fired the 3rd best score in the field today and their best of the season! Senior Kobie Morton shot an even par 72 to lead the team on Day 2. This placed him in a tie for 12th individually. Every member of the team improved on day 2. Freshman Destin Moon shot a career best 79 and was followed by Brett Pate with an 83, Andrew Piontek with an 85, and Alec Willis with an 86. The Eagles will now take some time off before returning for the final week of the regular season. They next play at Riverside on Tuesday the 25th.
