Wrestling to Hold Camp

The Greenwood High School Wrestling team will be hosting a youth clinic this summer for K-8th grades. The camp dates will be July 20th-July 24th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The cost will be $10/day for each child and monies will go toward the Greenwood High School wrestling team. Girls and Boys Cross Country Hold 2nd Annual Run-a-Thon

Greenwood High School boys and girls cross country team had their 2nd annual run-a -thon. We began running at 8:00 and finished at 1:00. Greenwood Football Donates over $700 to American Cancer Society

After the 2015 Spring Game the Greenwood High Football Team was proud to present the American Cancer Society with a check for over $700.00.   The Football Program raised the money with a one day car wash at Fatz Cafe on May 16th.   In the past two years the Football Program has donated over

Each Spring the GHS Athletic Booster Club accepts applications for a $1,000 scholarship for a senior female and male athlete. The Booster Club forms a committee composed of professionals from different areas in the community.  This committee then selects the winners based on applications received by the set deadline.  When these applications are presented to

The first ever GHS Student / Athlete Advisory Council met today. Each participate was nominated by their coach as a rising senior & outstanding leader on their team. Anna Kathryn Stoddard Places at State Track Meet

This past weekend Anna Kathryn Stoddard placed in two events at the State Track Meet in Columbia.  She finished 2nd in the 1600m mile and was named All-State in that event. She also finished 8th in the 3200m. Congratulations Anna Kathryn!
